A head designer's responsibilities are to handle the creative team, train each member, and provide guidance in every part of the designing process.

You job is to develop the next level of UI – improving user experience making the design even better and easier to use. You will help design the new identity of Persono.

The Junior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding business requirements (including any technical limitations) by conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

The Junior UI/UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
